Join guest instructor Anne MacLaughlin for this introductory gilding workshop. Learn how to gild 3-D items using metal leaf in both sheets and flakes. You’ll learn about the tools necessary and the tricks to achieve a professional finish. After the leaf is applied you’ll have the opportunity to try adding different metal patinas: copper (green/blue) and rust (orange). These patinas can be added on top of any finish.

All materials will be provided, however, if you choose please bring 3-5 three dimensional objects measuring no more than 4” for the longest side due to time constraints.
